Your team member will be required to send you a daily work report where they will list all the tasks that they have worked on each day including issues encountered if any. We also use a tasking platform to track all tasks being worked on, and the time taken for each one. We can provide access and reporting from this platform to provide better insights.

ExecuHub tailors every role to your business, and recruitment begins once the key requirements are agreed upon. A thorough recruitment process to start date is typically 2-4 weeks.

All team members sign a confidentiality agreement, wherein they are not permitted to share or discuss work- related details to people other than their client and work team.

ExecuHub provides a monthly fee that includes staff management, laptops, internet, online security and of course an amazing individual to work with your team. Your monthly rate also includes:

• Administrative support
• Payroll handling services
• Remote staff monitoring
• Dedicated account management support

*In some instances it may be a requirement for the team member to have access to client specific software, and this is at the clients expense.

ExecuHub requires a minimum 3 months ongoing.

In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues or family emergencies, your team member is instructed to send an immediate notice to you and our Management Team. ExecuHub will work with you to ensure the person either catches up the time lost, or their work is covered by other team members where possible.

If for any reason, you are not happy we will find you a more suitable team member based on your feedback.

ExecuHub uses project management platforms, where we can easily set up your project and your team can log all of their tasks right where you can see them. If you have your own systems you prefer to use, we are happy to work in your chosen platform.

ExecuHub partners with Dell products, known for their reliability and security. We also use Microsoft and Norton security. If your company has its own preferred systems, we are happy to work with your preferences, while supporting a secure remote infrastructure.
